A “Thought Leadership Symposium: Driving Access Through Approved Biosimilars” at Vivanta by Taj, Trivandrum on 26th June was held as part of approval of the first biosimilar from India in Japan. Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev lectured on ‘Approved Biosimilar Glargine: Made in India for the Globe’. Other speakers were Dr.K.M. Prasanna Kumar(Bangalore),Dr. Mathew John, Dr. Major Guruprasad T, Dr. Ramakrishnan MS etc. Dr. Jothydev also moderated the panel discussion which answered FAQs on biosimilars.
