P.Kesavadev Trust and Malayala Manorama daily together organised the "Vayanakkalari" and Diabscreen program at Loyola School for the third consecutive year. Kesavadev Trust sponsored 20 papers daily for one year. Loyola School Principal Fr.Varghese Aanikuzhi chaired the session.Mr.Suresh Nair and Mr.Gopalakrishnan from Manorama co ordinated the event. Sunitha Jothydev was also present. After the Vayanakkalari, Jothydev conducted the Diabscreen awareness lecture for the school kids.Emphasis was given to prevention of overweight, hazards of smoking, benefits of daily exercise, early detection of diabetes, healthy food choices etc., The participation from among the school kids were amazing. The winners of the health quiz were Vinay, Vivek,Father Varghese Aanikuzhi distributed prizes on behalf of Diabscreen Kerala.
