Diabscreen Kerala is a major diabetes awareness project of P.Kesavadev Trust. The Diabscreen Kerala team, headed by Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev, conducts diabetes awareness, prevention, and treatment programs at various geographical locations in collaboration with regional organizations.

At the World Congress of Diabetes, held from February 1316, 2025, at the Forum Convention Center, Ahmedabad, Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev delivered a lecture at the Insulin Pump Symposium on the topic Experience Using AID in India and the Journey So Far. He also lectured on Role of Glinides in Managing Diabetes: Where Would You Like to Place? at the PPG Symposium. Dr. Arun Shankar, Medical Director participated in a debate, opposing the motion Digital Health Applications Improve Diabetes Management and Dont Cause Diabetes Distress. Gopika Krishnan chaired the session on Do it Yourself Artificial Pancreas.
