JDC Dietitian, Neethu Annie Simon spoke on healthy food choices.Diet and drugs during Ramdan fasting was also discussed. Steps using One touch glucometer, Novopen, flex pens etc., were also demonstrated highlighting the areas of errors which can happen to those already using it.
