Sweet Stars-Type one Diabetes Welfare Society get-together was conducted on the Zoom platform. Parents, children, and members of society joined the event. The introduction for the event was given by Dr.Arun Shankar (Medical Director, JDC). Mr.Abdul Jaleel (T1D Welfare Society State Secretary) spoke at the event. Mr.Vijesh PR (T1D Welfare Society State President) also shared his thoughts. A question and Answer session led by Dr.Arun Shankar was conducted where the participants asked their queries and doubts. JDC team including doctors, nurses, dietitians, and diabetes educators answered the questions. The vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Asha Latheesh (T1D Welfare Coordinator, Idukki dist.).
